I love the simplicity and great flavor of this infused butter.
It’s a very smooth blend of butter, garlic, and herb, you can almost eat it as it’s so good. However, I have found it much more enjoyable on beef, fish, and vegetables, haven’t got to the poultry yet.
I seasoned the rib eye before putting it on the grill, after it was cooked to perfection I let it rest with some garlic & herb butter, soaking up flavor from above and below. It was fantastic! Nobody reached for a single sauce or spice to add at the table.
Next, I snapped some Asparagus, put it in the pan with some olive oil and garlic herb butter on med high heat. Low and behold it didn’t burn and the butter infused nicely. Have not tried it on high heat by itself yet.
After sauteeing the carrots and broccoli for about 10 minutes, they take longer, I threw in some garlic & herb butter, done, game over with a little salt and pepper.
Cooked this salmon in the oven on 550 for 20 minutes and then turned it down to 200 for another 15 minutes, perfection. After coming out of the oven and still hot, I swipe the garlic herb butter over the top with a little lemon juice, words can’t explain how good. Toss some of those veggies on the side, done.
The great thing about this product is that it’s not too strong and it’s definitely not weak. It may or may not be the main flavor of the dish and of course you can use more if you like, but I only used one cube or less for dinner. You get 6 in a box and it’s well worth the time and money you save on the amount of spices, butter or sauce you would need to get this amount of flavor. Use it as added flavor or cook with it, either way it’s worth trying.
